How long does it take to receive my book?
After you submit your final review, the personalized book usually takes about 7 days to produce before shipping begins. Tracking may be created earlier, but it normally will not begin moving until production is complete.
What art is included?
Over 60 master styles — from Da Vinci, Vermeer and Rembrandt to Van Gogh, Klimt, Cassatt and Rockwell. David hand-selects 14 that suit each face, expression and personality, so no two books are alike.
Can I see the artworks before the book is printed?
Yes. You review every page before we print — nothing goes to press until you love it.
What kind of photo works best?
Any clear phone photo with a full, well-lit view of the face. Smiles and bright faces always look amazing.
Can I order for another child or add a second copy?
A second copy repeats the same child's book and portraits. For a different child, add another personalized book as a separate book project so you can upload that child's photos and write a separate dedication.
Does the portrait upgrade apply to every copy?
Yes. The upgrade lets you keep 6 more portraits from the proof set already shown, changing that same book from 14 to 20 portraits. It applies to every copy of that same child's book; it does not create 6 new proofs.
Can copies go to different addresses?
One checkout can ship to one address. To send books to different addresses, place separate checkouts for each address. Items in one order may still arrive in separate packages when they are produced at different facilities.
Can I buy portraits without the book?
Portrait prints and canvases are offered after your portraits are prepared. Purchase the personalized book to begin this book experience; your later offers are linked to the approved portraits for that project.
What if I don't love it?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not perfect, we'll redo it or refund you.
