Worldwide shipping

Wyrd Story ships personalized books, prints, and canvas products worldwide to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Production time

Personalized products are produced only after the required photos and approvals are received. A personalized hardcover generally requires about 7 business days to print and bind after final approval. Production timing may vary by product and order volume.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout when available. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions.

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes

Any shipping charge is shown before checkout is completed. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it by email. A label may be created before the carrier’s first scan because personalized production may still be underway.

Multiple packages

Products in one order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment begins. For lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries, email david@wyrdstory.com with the order number.
