Wyrd Story is a DBA of Bimo, LLC. We stand behind every personalized book. If you do not love your book, contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or another appropriate resolution.

Starting a return

• Email david@wyrdstory.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
• Do not send a product back until we confirm the return and provide instructions.
• Returned products should be in the condition in which they were received unless the request concerns damage, a defect, or a printing error.

Please do not ship a return without authorization. We will provide the correct return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards are not returnable. Personalized products are otherwise covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, email david@wyrdstory.com.
