How can we help?

In the US, order by December 2.

Your portraits come by email by the next business day after you send the photo. Printing takes about 7 business days after you approve. Then it ships with tracking. Already ordered? Your order page shows the dates.

Your order page shows each step: In production, In transit, Delivered. We email you tracking when it ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement. Copies and wall art may arrive in separate boxes.

In the US, shipping is free on orders over $100. Under $100 it's $10, so a book and a copy ($119) ship free. Other countries: checkout shows the price, and import duties and taxes may apply. One checkout ships to one address.

On your order page, tap Change shipping address. If the book is already with the printer, we check with them first. Changes may not be possible once shipping starts.

Damaged? Send us a photo of it. Email it to david@wyrdstory.com with your order number. In most cases we'll replace it.

Lost or late? Write to David with your order number.

Every book has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Write to David within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
